We would be nothing without our brilliant, talented and creatively minded people. That’s why we take the time to develop and nurture them.

Our bespoke, industry-leading personal development ‘Learning and Inspiration’ programme (L&I) consists of 52 masterclass workshops hosted by internal and external training experts. It is our ambition to equip staff with knowledge, valuable skills and support, so they can create the best work possible. Each team member receives a detailed annual appraisal and personal development programme, as well as quarterly check ins, that feed into their bespoke training programme and develop their careers. Not only that, every staff member is given the opportunity to partake in the Mentoring Programme, which identifies and pairs mentors with mentorees as an added avenue to progression, both professionally and personally. We pride ourselves on our harmonious working unit and always encourage staff to support each other as colleagues and friends. We trust out staff wholeheartedly, which is why we believe in flexible working. That means there are part-timers, job shares, and mothers and fathers all working under one roof. Everyone is encouraged to work from home at least one day a week.

Life at the agency.

We know how hard everyone on our team works, which is why we look for ways to reward them whenever we can. That is why we have created a programme of benefits and activities to help you get the most out of life at M&C Saatchi Talk. Perks include having an extra day off for your birthday; work anniversary gifts that only get better with time; holiday leave increase after two years; financial rewards for being Talker of the Quarter, Networker of the Quarter or for referring other staff members; early office closure on Bank holidays and Summer Fridays when we close early throughout July and August; a day off if you move house; charity initiatives; group fitness classes; and a social calendar from Thursday night drinks to Board hosted culture evenings; welcome breakfasts; afternoon teas; buddy programmes, and so much more.

Build it.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
